My friend and I are so glad to have stayed here. The room was very spacious, well-lit and very cosy. The staff at the desk are helpful and so are those at Kasa - we were able to contact them easily at all hours of the day. We always had a quick response. The location is also great, very central and nearby to supermarkets like Target and Trader Joes. Thank you Kasa!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was our second trip to Kasa and hopefully not our last. We LOVE the balcony and lake view. The rooftop deck is amazing as well. The neighborhood is safe and wonderful with lots to explore. Target is 2 minutes away. It is around a 30 minute walk to the lakefront, soldier field, or the bean. Perfect location!

Kasa South Loop Chicago was perfect for our stay. We were able to check-in without any problems. Our apartment was clean and had all the amenities needed for our stay. I slept on the fold out sofa, which was comfortable. The front desk personnel were friendly and answered any questions that I had. The location was perfect. Stores and public transportation, Target/Trader Joes and bus/subway were within a 10 minute walk. I highly recommend Kasa!

The property was very nice and in a great location (Chicago South Loop). The apartment was large, clean and comfortable. It has a very pleasant balcony and very good views, you also have access to a roof top terrace that has amazing views and a business centre on the ground floor. A drawback is that there is not a dedicated concierge and no place to leave luggage if you arrive early or plan to be in town for a few hours after checkout. That said, I would stay again.

Perfect location. You can walk to almost anywhere that you want to see in the city. Property was clean and well maintined. The view of the city from the unit was perfect. I will definitely stay here again when i come back to Chicago.

Everything was exactly as we expected. We really enjoyed the space and it had everything we needed for a weekend stay. Very walkable area as well and the view was great. Our only gripe would be the bed. It was very firm and uncomfortable if you’re use to sleeping in a softer bed. Nevertheless, we would stay here again.

Great hotel and location.

The hotel is within walking distance of downtown and seems to be a nice neighborhood. The room was very clean and had all amenities listed. Only negatives for me woild be to have a regular coffee pot available rather than brew bags (which are provided) and supplying a full sized ironing board rather than table top one provided. Overall, we would definitely stay here again on our visit to Chicago!

Was in town for several days with some friends and we all had glowing reviews for the Kasa South Loop location. Beautiful scenery, clean space and in-unit laundry made for an extremely comfortable and easy trip. Check in and Check Out instructions were concise and easy to access/make sense of. Parking in the garage is also super easy and affordable. No complaints!!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and had a view. Perfect location for all the downtown sites, close to the train. Trader Joes right down the street was a plus. Parking very convenient and reasonable for downtown. Communication was stellar, our stay went without a hitching was a great value.

The location of this property is perfect, and the view is fantastic. The coffee and kitchen amenities were also great. This is the first time I have stayed in a property with a virtual lobby assistant, and it worked out well.
