“I asked for a non smoking room and when I walked into the room it smelled like old smoke. The blankets were stained, I was told I would get extra towels and never received them. The heater was not working properly. There was to much going on in the parking lot which actually kept me up most of the day. Will not consider returning. Which I feel bad because I went to a Red Roof in Naperville and it was a different experience ”

“Terrible . We find a leftover fish in the microwave and a hoodie in the bathroom . Not to mention unclean tub and rug. You deserve something better .I Sleep without shower and with my clothes on.”
