「What a perfect place for a family visit to. Cotter. Perfect location to walk to fishing, swimming, parks, stores, fly shops, food, drinks and entertainment. The house is perfectly stocked and super comfy beds and the decor is great!」

「Great property, family came to visit between adults and kids 11 total each had their own bed. Eric the new owner was very helpful. Close to highway but secluded and quite. Would recommend to anyone with larger group」

「We absolutely LOVED this charming home! It has everything you could ask for! It is so charming and cozy and the owners have made it feel like you are home! Very comfy beds and linens. Very easy to get to. You feel as though you are in the country but the city is just 5 minutes away. The owners are just precious as well. 「It was very comfortable. But the towels and washcloths smelled like mildew the sheets the same way. It had a nice porch but we had to clean the porch of bugs and cobwebs and the floor had to be really well swept. Also the pictures of property looked a lot better than it actually was.」

「I had a really good stay at this cottage. It was very clean. All the updates were really nice that have been done to the house. I will suggest updating the furniture. Maybe putting a couch in the living room or a couch with a bed so that a few more people could enjoy this cottage too. Families may be bigger than just four people and there is room in this cottage for bigger families if allowed. The patio area was great for cooking on the grill. My trip was about family friends and relaxation and...
