“My room was quickly cleaning with a dirty mop before checkin which left the room with a smell, the shower walls were dirty. I asked for my room to be clean the next day, the staff told me my reservation didn’t allow that.”

“I will be asking Expedia for a refund. We didn’t end up staying at the hotel due to the conditions- the room was not clean; hair in beds; door lock was broken; door didn’t seal at the bottom and could be kicked open. Staff was unapologetic about the conditions.”

“Very cool place, love how they kept a lot of the old bank/legal building features. Thoroughly enjoyed the bar and restaurant, and the room itself was quite a nice surprise! Large and nicely decorated, with huge windows and equally impressive blackout curtains! Extremely hot outside that day, and the AC had a bit of trouble keeping up. Could’ve used a fan. But that’s not really the hotel‘s fault! The service in the bar and at the front desk were both very friendly and made the stay quite……

“The check in prices was very slow. We were checking in late and there were another person in front of us. We waiting almost 25 minutes before we finally got our key to the room.”

“Our room was spacious for 2 people. The bathroom was average but it was clean enough. It does need a bit of deep cleaning as the vents were filled with dust. The beds were comfortable. For the price we paid, it believe it was well worth it.”

“The bed was comfortable but cleanliness was lacking. The bedding was clean but the carpet was wet and the bathroom surfaces and door and floor were sticky and dirty.”

“Very nice, clean, and well-maintained hotel! The afternoon/early evening desk clerk was uber nice, friendly and helpful. The pool was very nice and clean. Everything was top notch. The only thing that was a little odd was the morning desk clerk had stepped away at 10:45 am (of all times!) and left a key deposit box out. That doesn't work for me. I want the personal hand-off to satisfy my OCD. I had someone to alert her and I waited. Not a complaint, just an observation. EXCELLENT property in……
