Good stay, very easily could have been GREAT. I never heard of a 4pm check in and 11am check out. Keep in mind my family and I lost an hour of sleep because the clocks turned back an hour that particular day. But the room was spacious, cozy and clean. Yet the heat did not work properly at all. I didn’t mind but my son is asthmatic and we had to open windows a bit because of the smell of marijuana. The smoke detector kept going off early morning and at nighttime when I went downstairs for a blanket for my son, there is literally no front desk . One of the cleaning staff was kind enough to help us with the tv which was difficult to hook up to our subscriptions (Netflix, prime, etc) . All in all, I give it a 7.5 out of 10. I hope it will step up customer survive so I can give it a 10 next time. There is so much potential here!

"My favorite hotel to stay in when spending a weekend going to shows in New York. Conveniently located and accessible while also maintaining some of the Hells Kitchen neighborhood charm, the rooms and amenities are perfect for those on a reasonable budget and travelling in a small party or alone."
