“Bedsheets were NOT changed from previous guest STAY . AND I WAS ASSIGNED THAT DIRTY ROOM and bathroom DOORS WALLS WERE FILTY. SHOWER DRAINS PLUGGED UP.”

(booking is not refundable ) then the property owner shouted and very bad behavior. I lost 900 rupees . And property owner ask me duble price if i need room. ”

“ I booked the hotel through hotel.com. The email show me the check out time is 23PM. I confused and checked through the counter. On the date they confirmed that I can check out at 23PM. But when I check out, they told me that I should check out before noon and ask me to pay additional 1 day. It is very bad experience!”
