"There were 12 of us that met from UT and CO for our annual mountain biking trip. It was the perfect place to gather and relax after our rides. Plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable. The ability to ride to the lunch loop trail system is tough to beat. Only downside was the bunk beds are not ideal for adults, but would be great for kids."

"We had a family gathering in grand junction and this house was perfect for adults and kids. The pull out coach bed was super comfortable for the kids and the beds in the other rooms were great. Location was wonderful and close to the Enstroms candy shop where we would walk and get coffee in the morning. Perfect for families"

"The house was outdated but very clean and more than adequate. Our only complaint was the air conditioning unit was not functional. It was rather warm our weekend and early season, but we would expect the owner to stay on top of things like that. We would definitely stay here again with a guarantee that the AC is functional."

"And I mean wacky in the best possible way! We stayed as few groups of families in early May and there was more than enough space for everyone including multiple beds/bedrooms and a shared full bathroom on each of the 3 levels. The house was VERY eclectic with 70's style patterned wallpapers and something new to discover each time you entered the same room. The listing photos are accurate but don't do this house justice in portraying how unique it really is. The views of the surrounding landscape...

"This is a really nice house. The only issue we had was figuring out the air conditioning. House was freezing when we showed up. After searching for thermostat for like 4 hours we figured out that its a remote control device in the living room. When the AC is running there is a huge pressure in the house that makes the windows whistle. In the end you really just need the ac on in the daytime, just shut it off at night, problem solved."

"This new property with both an RV park and tiny homes and classic airstreams to rent is overall a lovely design, directly on the river, has walking trails, and a very cute downtown area full of restaurants close by. Upon booking, the communication with the property was quick, efficient and pleasant. We had two reservations, one for an RV spot and one for a tiny home on the river. The RV experience was a flawless and enjoyable. however, there was a serious cleanliness issue with the tiny home. ...
