Great location

We really enjoy this place. So fun and cozy lots of great rooms and space. We have stayed here before and always love it. The only thing that would make this place better is a giant cozy sectional couch! The couches aren’t our favorite.

Walkable to downtown. No air conditioning but the whole house fan cools the upstairs, just wish it would have been on when we got there. Super nice house though and well stocked, decorated and clean.

Celebration of Life

We had a Celebration of Life event in Palisade. We had guests from New Zealand and Germany. We also had our adult children and a grand child who was 10 months stay at the house. It worked perfectly. The home was spacious, clean, all couples had their own room, beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything that we needed. It was perfect for our group and I highly recommend it. I also loved the fresh flowers and chocolate that greeted us.

Great spot with lots of space

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable home. Tons of space for everyone. The refurb the owners did is excellent. The home felt modern and updated and was very comfortable. Location is fab — just a couple blocks from a great park and playground and a short .5 mile walk to Main. Would definitely stay again!

The house was nicely appointed and in a great location and clean. A few small things : master shower drain was plugged and very slow; the actual tub upstairs needs to be balanced it thumps on the floor when being used, I would remove the BBQ unless it gets cleaned in between it was naaaasty and there was grease all over the patio from it fire hazard big time ! The house definitely needs better airflow it was super hot esp. upstairs if staying in summer

Ashley is a great host! The communication was timely and clear. The house is even lovelier than in the pictures with beautiful design, abundant spaces and all the comforts. We were all delighted and look forward to bringing the grand children to enjoy the cozy bunk room! This is a keeper listing!
