Great View with Awesome gameroom

The house was great. Views are amazing and the game room kept the kids entertained in the evenings so that the wife and I could actually relax.

Great Mountain Cabin!

This nicely appointed and well maintained cabin has great mountain views and a nice location. It is situated away from the crowds of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but still close enough to the national park and activities throughout both areas. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Views

The house was amazing and had plenty of space. But the view from the back balcony was by far my favorite aspect. Perfect mountain getaway.

Family Holiday Trip

This cabin is just as good as advertised! Laura is extremely easy to work with and was very accommodating. This place has views that are legit screen savers! Would definitely rent again!

Quick mountain getaway

We had an amazing trip to Gatlinburg. The cabin is amazing with beautiful views! Absolutely no complaints! We even saw bears 3 days out of 5 2 minutes from the house! We will definitely be back and I highly recommend this house!

Wonderful stay in the mountains

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving in the mountains! The house was well stocked to prep a Thanksgiving meal including nice plates and place settings. Our family had precious time together and enjoyed the view. We would recommend a little more comfortable mattresses and doing something about lady bugs. But overall no complaints.

Awesome cabin!!!

Our stay was incredible! The cabin is so clean! The game room was great for the kids! The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook! The beds were comfortable! The view was spectacular!! I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend! The owner was great to work with 👌

Great view

The cabin features a wonderful view, as is very relaxing! The owner of the property is very responsive and easy to contact. The only down fall I would say it’s a bit of a trek to town (approx 40 mins). Everything about the property was just as described!

Spring Break 2023

We had a terrific time at this cabin! My children especially enjoyed the pool table and racing game! We watched several movies in the movie room, and the property manager was available to answer any questions we had! This cabin is amazing, and we look forward to our next stay at this cabin!

Beautiful cabin and location. Loved it

Clean, new, nicely appointed, tastefully decorated cabin with great layout and lots to do. Everything worked and everything was as described if not better (can't say that too often). The game room was a hit with the kids, the hot tub and view was a hit with the adults. Hope to stay there again. 5 stars!

Beautiful home! Very clean and modern. Love it

We loved this beautiful home. So many amenities and plenty to do in the games rooms. The views are wonderful, inside and out. The kids loved the hot tub, theater room, and video games. Most of all, everything was new and updated and clean! We would highly recommend this home and we plan to be back again soon.

Beautiful new cabin with amazing views!

My family stayed at Black Bear and Fred over the Thanksgiving Holiday. The cabin is a beautiful new construction with amazing views! The kids really enjoyed the game room and the movie room. There is something for everyone here. The location is great because it’s away from all the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge and not too far from Gatlinburg. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Excellent Fun Stay for 4 or More!

Me and my wife stayed with another couple and we were able to relax and enjoy the beautiful cabin together. This place is large enough with 4 beds to have plenty of friends or family here and yet small enough to be cozy. At the same time we enjoyed the game room and playing pool and enjoying the views of the cabin. Our wives saw a few bears rolling down the hill. This is a must see!

Spectacular Views

This property was perfect for my group of 6, 3 couples, each couple had their own bedroom along with their own bathroom on each floor! If you’re looking for views of the mountains, this location is perfect! This cabin was very clean and as the other reviews stated, the kitchen area had everything you needed, fully stocked, to make home cook meals! The owner Laura was very nice and quick in responses, just awesome with communication in providing everything you need to know from how to work everything in the cabin and about the surrounding area! Definitely will return!

Absolutely Gorgeous/As Advertised

This property doesn't not disappoint! A small spring break getaway with my wife and our two boys (10, 8). We chose this house because of the game room, and it was amazing. Pop a shot, golf, racing AND was able to teach our boys to shoot pool for the first time! There was NOTHING that we needed in the house, it was well stocked and the views were amazing. A very nice grocery store and other ice cream shops, pizza shops are super close by also. Of course, Gattlinberg and Pigeon Forge are only 12-15 miles away. If you are golfer, BRING your clubs as the property is located in the entry of the golf course. Although it rained, now that I know, the next time down I will be prepared!!! :) Overall, you can't lose on this property. Enough distance away from the other houses for privacy, amazing views and a gracious host .Will return again

Some really great family time in a beautiful setting

Our family loved our stay here. The setting was absolutely breathtaking. The morning view changes everyday- the first morning we woke up to snow capped mountains. The neighborhood was great. The roads are nicely paved and our GPS took us straight to the right address.House was clean, so much natural light. We had a great time playing pool and top golf. We would absolutely stay here again. There were a couple of tears shed on the last drive down the hill.

Do you want to build a snowman

The cabin was simply spectacular with breathtaking views. There was plenty of space for everyone. The gameroom was top notch. The snow days made my grandsons dream come true. He built a snowman. Then he learned how to throw snow balls. I would definitely refer others. Also, the owner was a true gemOne complaint is the driveway. That drop going into the driveway is quite tricky in snow.

Perfect Getaway

Our family came to get out of the heat of Arizona and this was perfect. We loved the quiet and beauty of this cabin. Vacation

This trip was family trip and we enjoyed staying at this cabin with all the games and theater room plenty to do for the kiddos if you can go out due to weather. The view is amazing. We will be booking this place again.

Gorgeous home w gorgeous views

This is a lovely place to stay. The house was amazing. The host was great to work with. The views were incredible. We spent the majority of our time on the top deck watching the fog/ clouds roll by. The only negative feedback I'd give is the beds were loud. Everytime we moved we made enough noise the whole house heard. I think it was the mattress and not the mattress protection covers, but it was annoying. And the driveway is a bit nerve racking bc it tilts down so dramatically you don't see it for a second. But, outside of those two things I highly recommend.

A True gem in Gatlinburg

I want to start off and say that the communication from the property manager was incredibly fast and always helpful when we did reach out to him before our stay and on the way down for check in. The property is absolutely amazing and incredibly clean. If you are looking to cook at the cabin they probably have everything you will need to do so. The view is better than the pictures provided in the listing. We had an absolute blast with 3 adults and 7 kids from 4-15 and everyone had a great time. We would absolutely stay here again or at any other properties listed by this owner.

Wonderful Stay

The cabin was perfect. It met all of our expectations based on the listing and in person. There was plenty of space for our family of four. Cabin was well stocked with cookware, etc for cooking at the cabin. The view is beautiful. The drive up can be daunting if not experienced in mountain driving, so don’t arrive at night if it is your first time. Close enough to Gatlinburg for all the fun things we wanted to do, but isolated and quiet location. Very close to the community pool which was perfect for our teens. Was an awesome choice for us.
