Wonderful

We had a wonderful family time there! Bbq night, s’mores, movie night, games and jacuzzi! The house has all the amenities you can expect for a perfect family vacation. The only problem was the inaccurate location listed on VRBO. The house is NOT in downtown Gatlinburg but on a hill before getting to the town.

Lovely cabin

Overall, the cabin was great and spacious enough for our whole family. It was a little further off the beaten path than the advertisement led us to believe, but was still a great property in a relaxing location

Lots of room for 5 families coming together for a family reunion. Spacious and well-equipped kitchen. Four levels so plenty of privacy for everyone. Loved sitting on the deck and enjoying the view and the quiet.

Satisfied stay

The property is as described except it is NOT anywhere near downtown Gatlinburg as the description shows. It’s actually about 7 mountain miles from Gatlinburg (20 minute drive). Plenty of bears to see walking through area and even on driveway at times. Overall a good place to relax with family.

The Rose cabin

Overall, the location and cabin size was great. Plenty of room for our family. Sadly, the spa did not work. The family especially enjoyed downstairs where we had a lot of fun with all the games, pool table, boss toss, etc. I would book there again.

Relaxing

The cabin was very huge and also very clean. It was nice to just be able to hang out on the bottom floor with our friends and play all the games down there. Loved it. Thank you.

Very nice property but needs maintenance. The description is accurate but the location is NOT accurate. The property is NOT in downtown Gatlinburg or near the Convention Center. I would never have rented this property based on the actual location

Plenty of room

With 4 bedrooms for adults & 2 for the grandkids, everyone had their own room. Had a good mountain view from my bedroom balcony. Grandson loved the lighting McQueen bed. Enjoyed the game room & hot tub too. Kitchen/dinning had plenty of seating. Only issue was the projector not having any sound.

Beautiful views

The views were great, and it was conveniently located near gatlinburg attractions and the national park. We saw a black bear roaming the property once, which was very interesting. The house was clean and had an easy check-in. Several things at the house didn’t work properly, though, hence the 4-star rating. One of the kids got stuck in a bathroom once as the doorknob didn’t properly turn. One of the bedroom doorknobs didn’t work at all, so we had to leave the door open to avoid getting stuck in it. Also, the outdoor fire pit didn’t work. It was nice to have a grill directly connected to the propane, and we did use that one evening. Overall, it was a good trip, but a few maintenance issues really need to be addressed to get me to return.
