This exquisite three-story residence offers three expansive master suites, each featuring a private en-suite bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for every guest. The open-concept main floor is a masterpiece of design, featuring a grand living room with a cozy fireplace, a dining area ideal for entertaining, and a massive kitchen—all boasting breathtaking views of the Smoky Mountains.

The lower level is a hub of fun and relaxation, complete with a fully equipped game room and two of the master suites. For an elevated experience, the top floor houses an incredible Master Suite with its own private deck and firepit, providing a serene space to unwind while enjoying the panoramic views.

We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place. Everything was extremely clean, the kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub and outdoor fireplaces were all amazing! Surprisingly, we spent a lot of our time playing pool and enjoying the game room. It was close enough to town that you didn’t mind going back down mtn. Only downside, parking was very limited. Also, it was beautifully decorated. I loved how you linked your decor finds. Thanks so much!!!

Beautiful family weekend getaway to the Smokies. The house is near a variety of great hiking trails and close enough to Gatlinburg for needed groceries or gas. The house is large and spacious, clean and the views can’t be matched. We spent our days hiking and evenings playing pool, shuffleboard, relaxing in the sauna and spending family time around the fire pit on the beautiful outdoor decks.

The main story was a very nice and comfortable living space. The master bedroom upstairs had a comfortable bed and a lot of space. The views from the balcony were amazing. The downstairs space was nice as well for the kids. It was a very nice touch for there to be fire pits on each balcony with seating. The only downside to this stay was the drive up to mountain to the cabin. You have to drive slow and very carefully!!!

Great stay. Beds were very comfortable and woke up to a beautiful sunrise right outside the bedroom window on day one. The kids loved the game room and hot tub. There is a gas fireplace which made it nice and cozy on a rainy day. Had thanksgiving here - picked up a premade meal from a local restaurant (Applewood) and all we had to do was heat it up. It was great. Good access to Gatlinburg, pigeon forge, National park. Road to the house is windy but fairly easy to traverse. Getting into the driveway requires a hairpin turn which could be difficult with a large vehicle (we had a small- midsize SUV). Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

We spent a week at the Twin Oaks Retreat and enjoyed the cabin immensely. We have rented many VRBO homes and Twin Oaks was by far the most well appointed and the cleanest one we have every spent a vacation enjoying. The views are spectacular from the decks. We would recommend the Twin Oaks Retreat to anyone vacationing in the Great Smokey Mountains. We will certainly return to Twin Oaks on our next visit to the area. We love traveling the country visiting National and State parks. Gatlinburg was our home base this time for the absolutely beautiful Great Smokies National Park. When we search for a place to stay near or in National Parks, we look for comfort, space and semi quick access to trail heads and destinations. Our home from Cloud Nine had it all! From the spacious and private living quarters to the fully functional and stocked kitchen and from the unbelievable view from all three porches to the comfortable gathering areas, including a great game room, this all made for the perfect place to stay. Our stay at the Cloud 9 property in the Smoky Mountains was incredible. The cabin was nice and the view was stunning. We were even lucky enough to see a bear during our time there! Despite getting locked out of the house thrice (beware the downstairs patio door handle), it was an unforgettable experience.

Well, upon arrival they have round rotten wood in the concrete. Suppose to be decorative. The wood is rootten and a trip hazard for us elderly. The house is not suitable for any elderly people, steps going up are steep, slippery and same going to the lower level, The couch sits back so far you can’t sit on it. We sat on the dining room chairs. The 3.5 plus miles out of the house was awful. The road is scary, and has zero Room for error. So curvy, and so difficult to see at night. The road along would prevent all of us to return. Not a place for seniors!
