The house was beautiful, views were immaculate! The drive up was steep so make sure you’re prepared, but it was well worth the beautiful views!

Amazing View!

Cabin was very clean and comfortable. The view of the mountains was gorgeous. The drive up was very steep as described but it got easier. Communication with owner was very easy. I hope to come back to this cabin again.

One night stay

Me and my wife were meeting friends to stay at another cabin for a few days and we decided to go a day early. We rented this cabin for the night for just us and I have to say the only negative about this trip was we didn't stay at this cabin the whole trip. The views were amazing and cabin was clean. Hot tub also clean and ready to go. Everything listed was accurate. We will definitely rent again from them without hesitation.

Great Property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pavan and Tracy's cabin. It's in a great location (secluded enough with driving distance to nearby attractions) and complete with amazing views of the Smokeys. The property was super clean and the hosts promptly made themselves available with our questions. Highly recommend this spot!

Breathtaking beauty

Beautiful cabin on top of a mountain with unreal views. Very relaxing furniture with all the comforts of home. We loved sitting on the porch taking in the view and even got in the hot tub. By the end of our stay we didn’t want to leave. Will definitely book again.

House of the Rising Sun

It was a very clean property with a gorgeous view! It was the perfect distance from all attractions by being not to far, but not right in the middle of town! The driveway is a bit steep, but the view and overall cabin does more than make up for it!

This was our second time staying at House of the rising sun and it was just as we anticipated! We ate at Local Goat twice because it is THAT GOOD!! As always the cabin views are breathtaking and our favorite thing about this spot! You feel like you’re on top of the world! 💜 Thanks again for a fabulous stay!

Clean and Cozy

Great stay

The reason I put 4 for cleanliness is because there was a lot of cob webs and what not in the corners of the shower. Upstairs under and around the bed was dirty and there was beer cans off in the front yard from the balcony. Nothing that bothered me more than the reason for a 4 Star vs a 5 Star in cleanliness. Will be back for sure!

Wow

Driveway steep,but got use to it. Both days had a Bear come to the cabin,was scary,but it was something we always wanted to see. The views was excellent, excellent. Beds so comfortable. Even got to see Dolly Parton while in town. Everything excellent

What a perfect cabin for my hubby's birthday weekend!! The size was perfect for a couple (a small fam too). We loved watching the sunrise from the deck and especially the loft bed upstairs. The cabin had everything we needed. We had a bear prowl around one morning and it peeked into our car window! Watch your back to be sure there isn't one around but we were inside and it was fun!Pros: great size for two, appliances worked well, beds comfy, hot tub was perfect temp, view was mountainy as hoped for, bear was fun to see, the hosts were great communicators. Cons: drive does feel weird the first time but if at the top of the hill - instrad of swinging right into thr drive, if you drive up to neighbor cabin and turn around to get a straight shot into the driveway that helps a lot, bear was a pro and con LOL, no screens on windows so open windows make for a few bugs, power lines and a tree in the corner did interfere with some of the view.No other cons...it was a great space and we'd stay there again.

Amazing views

If you are looking for a great cabin with the most amazing views, look no further. It only were the views the best but the cabin was very clean, cozy and relaxing. I can’t recommend this one enough. This will be our go to cabin for our yearly trip to Pigeon Forge. Also, Pavan and Tracy it only made renting and checking in so easy, they also sent some recommendations on some of their favorite places to visit and eat. We tried a few and were not disappointed! Thank you again for letting us share your gem of a cabin!

Best cabin yet!

We have stayed in several cabins throughout the years and this is the first one we’ve ever said that we WILL come back to. The views are amazing, pictures just can’t do it justice. We saw 3 bears and deer. 2 of the bears were right behind the cabin and the other one crossed the road leading up to it, and the deer were all over! The cabin was neat and clean, the hosts are very nice and will keep in contact with you. This cabin is situated atop the mountain so as the description says, the road is steep, but you can’t have these type views without going up. Oh and there is a waterfall behind the cabin that is just a 5-10 minute walk! (Follow the gravel road on the right at the bottom of the drive, at the split, follow the gravel road to the right) We look forward to staying here again soon!
