The photos shown in the advertising of this hotel didn’t resemble the room we stayed in, in desperate need of modernisation/repair, shower broken, handle from shower room missing, meaning if you shut the door you would not be able to get out, unless someone was in the room. Room was smelly, no lamp shades. We arrived around 10pm and after finding the hotel, which has its sign obscured by a tree, we couldn’t get in as the main gate was closed, had a intercom on the gate, only to hear a recording in French. There is a restaurant next to the hotel which we went to ask, but then noticed a side gate to the hotel, went in and managed to find someone, who opened the gate to let us drive in, checked in and the person on the desk tried to get us to pay the local tax, which we had already paid when we booked. It was late and we have had a long drive from the south of France, so just stayed, didn’t bother with breakfast as just wanted to leave. My advice do not stay at this hotel, and I don’t think it should be on the Expedia site. Definitely wasn’t worth the money we paid.

Séjour satisfaisant, pour une nuit Gros défaut : pas de support pour poser nos vêtements. Seulement 3 petits ronds sur la porte, à peine assez pour tenir à la fois un manteau et une écharpe ! pas de dossier de chaise ! Sinon, acceuil et service agréable.

Very convenient and easy to find. Reception not open till 5pm was inconvenient. I bought breakfast and went down at 7 as per details, but no sign of anyone or anything. Don't know what's happening there.

Très bon rapport qualité prix !

Un très bonne accueil lors de notre arrivé, explications claires et précises pour l'usage des services et des horaires. La chambre correspond à ce que nous attendions, une chambre propre, fonctionnel et étonnée par le confort du lit. Nous avons passé une nuit calme et sans bruit. Nous gardons cette adresse pour l'année prochaine !

Séjour chez Balladins

Très bon accueil et départ. Gentilesse et disponibilité des accueillants. Lits faits tous les jours, serviettes et produits de toilette fournis chaque jour. Réservation avec demande particulière d'une chambre au calme. En réalité, une chambre face à la voie rapide avec une circulation importante jour et nuit de camions et voitures. Nuits blanches. Aucun porte-manteau. Rideau occultant sans cordelette, impossible de le fermer. Tête de lit et table de chevet vétustes. Manque une table de chevet près du second lit. Propreté a revoir, intérieur table de chevet poussièreuse, salle d'eau sale au sol (cheveux, eau sous la poubelle, extérieur de la poubelle crasseuse, dessous du lavabo crasseux), joints des carreaux à refaire (moisissure) et remplacer les carreaux cassés.

Une adresse simple comme il n'existe presque plus

Excellent accueil, personnel disponible, à l'écoute et aux petits soins pour ses clients. Lorsque vous avez un problème, n'hésitez pas à demander de l'aide, car vous serez toujours à la fois dépanné et en plus avec le sourire. Une adresse à recommander. Par contre, éviter le restaurant "La Boucherie" situé à côté parce que l'accueil est mauvais.
