The vacation villa in Gaujac offers a romantic Balinese-style retreat. It is located between Avignon and the Gorges de l'Ardèche and offers access to a heated pool, which is shared with the owners on site. On the first floor there is an entrance area with storage space and WC as well as a semi-open kitchen with modern appliances. From the kitchen there is access to a living room with comfortable furniture, a TV and a bay window leading onto the terrace. On the upper floor, the villa has a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room with a walk-in shower and a separate WC. Externally, the villa has a parking space for one car at the entrance and a south-facing garden area. On the garden side there is a terrace with seating, sun loungers and parasol. The communal pool (11 x 4.50 m) is heated and available from 1 May to the end of September. The pool area has sun loungers, a gazebo, a pool house with amenities such as an electric plancha, a sink, a fridge/freezer and dining furniture. The villa is located in a residential area in Gaujac, in the Provençal Gard, between Avignon and the Gorges de l'Ardèche. You can reach a supermarket in approx. 10 minutes on foot.
