「Not sure I'd stay here again. The rooms were clean enough, but the facility feels a little outdated. The listing says it has direct beach access, but it's not next to a body of water, soooooo.......??? It wasn't the end of the world since we didn't have time on this stop anyway. We didn't sleep very well even though the mattresses were comfortable. There's no blackout curtains on the window and there was a lamp from the parking lot right outside our window so it felt like staring into the sun...

「The property is in desperate need of updates and a thorough deep cleaning. The room was completely unlivable—the sheets, floors, bathroom, and nearly every surface were filthy. The bedding appeared dirty, and the overall condition of the room was unacceptable. Had we not arrived to check in at 2:00am, we would have turned around and found somewhere else to stay. We were so disappointed with the condition of the property that we chose not to stay for our second night and drove home instead.」

「Note that the elevator entrance only goes to the "lower level" but room numbers in the 100's are on the floor below the lower level, accessible by stairs. Wasn't a problem for us but, anyone who has issues with stairs or mobility, you'd want to make sure your room isn't on that level. The perk for being in the 100's is you can walk out your patio door and the outdoor pool is right there. We did enjoy three nights there. 😊」

「We didn’t stay here. We tried to contact the property regarding a late check in time or cancellation but only got AI and never talked to a person. Expedia attempted to contact him as well and had the same problem.」

「There is no hot water when we arrived. Waited for the whole day, still no progress. The staff is polite but not very helpful in providing alternative solutions. So we checked out early. Expedia contacted the hotel for refund and no one is answering the email or the phone call. So yeah, I got ghosted.」
