“Tv in room was small for the size of the room.”

“Stayed at the Otsego Resort for a weekend. We arrived late in the evening and the office was a bit confusing to find. Our room was well maintained although there was issues with lighting in the room. Saturday evening the power flashed multiple times. Overall it was a good experience but the place could use a few updates.”

“I didn't have Verizon service and you do need to call to check in, that was my main problem. It was very clean and cute. WiFi in our room didn't work well.”

“Hotel was in generally poor condition like entrance doors, stairwells which needed to be serviced, cleaned. They need carpet, paint etc. That being said, the room was fairly nice and the showers are awesome!, Bed was comfy. The cleaning staff never touched our room in the 5 days that we were there so no clean towels, full garbage cans and overflowing….Make your own bed etc. They have new owners and hopefully that will help. The pool was clean and usable and breakfast was sparse but adequate.”

“Jacuzzi didn’t work, fire place in room didn’t work. When i call for help in jacuzzi i left technician to work and came back my ring was missing !!”
