“Stefon was great at check-in. He was friendly and efficient and very helpful. We had an issue with our sink. We stopped by the front desk to notify and it was taken care of by the time we got back. We only had to ask once which was very nice. If I ever go back to Eureka Springs I will definitely stay here again ”

“From the moment I entered, I was completely pleased. The front desk attendant was the friendliest and most helpful person. I wish I could remember her name because I would definitely mention her. She was definitely a wonderful person. Check in was fast and simple. We entered our room which was clean and comfortable however when we used the bathroom, we noticed a leak from the toilet. I addressed this with the front deck and was immediately offered another room of the same quality. Again……

“This was a great hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful.We were treated as guests and not just customers.The room was clean and comfortable. With real blankets and comforter on the bed instead of the thin white blankets found in chain hotels.There was comfortable pillows that were normal sized instead the usual half sized ones found in most hotels. There was an actual bath mat for the bathroom floor. I don't remember the last time I seen that. The place was quiet the three days we……
