“It is a nice hotel. The staff is very helpful as I asked for a help and send me to the station. They can arrange with a good service. Staff is very friendly. So if you are a visitor and feel tired, you can stay a overnight after finished the shopping in Fidenza Village outlet. It will be a good option as it can have a very relax and quiet place.

“The double room only has one bed and a table. Luggage has to be placed on the floor. The bed frame is unstable and looks like it will fall under the couch. The bathroom is very small. All the facilities do not match the photos. The swimming pool and fitness equipment are not open. There is no food available for the paid buffet breakfast. choose. The two nights' stay was like staying in a refugee camp, and all the restaurants and shops outside the hotel were closed.”
