The Neighborhood: The apartment is located at 10 Lutego Street, one of the oldest parts of Gdynia, and also the most representative street of Śródmieście. The apartment is part of the new apartment complex ''Inwestycja Bank Polski 1929''. The 7-storey building was designed in a modernist style, perfectly matching the city's architecture. On the ground floor of the building, there is a service space with a courtyard filled with greenery and recreational elements. There is also an underground car park in the building.
