Amazing staff! Felt so welcome. In need of more information about the check in. Had to look around and ask. The sheets were wrong size so they slipped from the maddrass that had a lot of stains. No water boiler. Area around very beautiful. Close to swim.

Rooms in First Floor are loud Till 11pm with noise from the whole House. Lobby, kitchen, other rooms, hallway.
Next door neighbor had the vent running since i checked in. And i mentioned that 5 Times the whole afternoon and evening.
After the sixth time i went to the desk, i was granted a secondary room with less quality in the second Floor, but at least it was quiet enough to sleep.
If you have a complaint, request change immediatly, service is not a givin here.

My friend and I come to the hotel with our motor bikes, the first the hotel staff said was, you can’t park here! Then I said, but we masa a reservation at this hotel Galion, ohh the lady say, then you can park 150 meter from here!
But the parking was full, and we try to say that but they was no friendly, so everything goes wrong at the first beginning. We have never problems when we coming to hotels, this was the first time! Breakfast good but not the room. We will never come back and say to our friends to visit this hotel. We are sending lot of our staff to Gdansk so not smart of the ladies in the reslception!

Wer überlegt hier paar Tage zu verbringen, macht es!!❤️❤️❤️👌👌👌.Ihr werdet sehr gut behandelt, weil Personal sehr professionell,hilfsbereit ,gut gelaunt und sehr freundlich ist. Die Lage ist unbeschreiblich schön, ich habe Ostsee ganz neu erlebt, sehr still und sehr ruhig..Hotel hat 3 Sterne und das sind GUTE 3 🌟🌟🌟👌👌👌 Danke für die zauberhaften Tage ❤️❤️❤️

Wir haben uns nicht sehr wohl gefühlt in unserem Zimmer, der darin befindliche Teppichboden hat unangenehm gerochen und in den Schränken neben dem Bett lagen noch die Hundehaaare.Die gesamte Einrichtung ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sollte dringend mal erneuert werden.
Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und lecker. MAN kann auch lecker in dem Restaurant zu Abend essen, wenn es denn geöffnet hat. LEIDER haben wir an einem Abend kein Essen mehr bekommen obwohl es erst 18.00Uhr war und die Küche eigentlich bis 21.00 Uhr geöffnet hat uns wurde gesagt die Küche schließt heute früher. Komischerweise haben Gäste die später kamen dann doch noch etwas bekommen.Wir fanden das unmöglich.
