Great hotel, beautiful lobby and bar, clean rooms and great service. The first room we got had a leak and they quickly found another available room for us. Located in a great area close to lots of dining and attractions, very walkable. Would stay here again!

Excellent surprise

Extremely clean, very well decorated, and the front desk staff was excellent. The bar was a nice surprise, as was breakfast. Excellent hotel even with minimal comfort offerings.

We returned to The Cloud One, Gdansk after a week touring. Our room on this occasion was much smaller and just not quite as clean. The corridors on this floor - floor 6 were also not quite as clean and tidy as floor 2. The staff were as pleasant and helpful as before.

Really lovely property with lovely staff. Beautiful rooms (particularly the ones at the front ont he 6th floor - we were in 649 and 651). Only issue is that the chairs in the lovely bar area are simply not built for short people. Like, really. My mother is under 5 foot and had to sit on the edge of every seat or disappear. A question of style over function I think!

Great value for money for short stay

Stayed for two nights for a business trip. The hotel is modern, very clean and perfect located that suited my needs. The room was decently sized and so was the bathroom. The only negative point was the constant humming of the a/c which could not be turned down. The hotel did not offer other facilities so limited in that sense. Tea/coffee facility in the room were absent and no minibar. Breakfast was excellent with polish sourced delicacies. The bar looked quite well stocked but the prices were expensive when you consider the hotel is surrounded with many bars around. There have luggage holding services. All in all, had a good stay and would recommend.

Good value central locality

We booked a larger double room and were very pleased with the size. Excellent views from room 6.47. Modern decor throughout and hotel has a relaxed feel about it, with a very good sized bar/reception area. Extremely central for nearby river and Dlugi Targ is about 200-300 mtrs for many restaurants and bars. We felt very secure in the area. There was a temporary issue with hot water in the room, but reception staff tried best to remedy this by offering to change us room. We were disappointed with service from a minority of staff regarding a goodwill gesture of a free drink following on from that and we have emailed management separately on this to ensure that this does not happen again to other guests.
