Phenomenal property. We traveled with 3 young kids. So accommodating for families. My favorite part was giving us bathrobes and slippers for the entire family even baby. So easy to go to pool with and all. Food was great. Drinks were great. Beach access was actually the best! Kind happy helpful staff everywhere. Great location as well. Right next to the pier. Honestly the best place to stay in Sopot.

Great property in best location in Sopot. Service was very good, a pleasant surprise. Easy walk to many shops, food and entertainment. Good beach access with dedicated beach chairs, towels, and food/beverage service. Only critique is that the indoor pool could use some upgrading (still very usable) snd would be nice to have some more diverse eating options on property. These are small knits, overall would highly recommend and would stay there again.

Vi sov 3 nätter under lågsäsong på våren. Det var fantastiskt fint, verkligen ett lyxigt och anrikt hotell med top service. Sängarna var otroligt sköna. Lokalerna var fina men börjar bli lite slitet, skulle behöva bytas golv och matta i korridorerna t.ex. Spaet var fantastiskt skönt, men också med sina skavanker. I herrarnas omklädningsrum var det en dusch som saknade munstycke, en som inte gick att skjuta upp dörren till ordentligt och i den tredje och sista gick vattentemperaturen ibland helt plötsligt från lagom till skållhett, så det gick inte riktigt att slappna av. Swimmingpoolen var märkligt kall för att vara på ett spa, efter en stund i så frös man. Saknade varm pool/bubbelpool. Hade kunnat förbättra upplevelsen av att det bjöds på lite frukt eller någonting i spaet, det är ändå ett femstjärnigt hotell. Frukosten var god men dyr, vi åt den en morgon och det var jättegott, men sen finns det frukostrestauranger i närheten där det är lika gott för en billigare peng.
