「There is only one bathroom and you have to climb 20 stairs to use it. Probably wasn’t the best choice for someone with mobility issues like me ( but that’s on me). Garage parking spot was very small and tight, probably best for a compact car and we have an SUV. Water in the shower was only cold. On the plus side it is close to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the theater area. Communication with host was good.」

「Perfect size for a couple. Very clean, comfortable, and in a great location--close to Bridge St. and Walnut Beach. The kitchen seemed well equipped, even though we didn't cook. Communication with Kevin was excellent and very quick. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return when we visit Ashtabula.」

「First of all the property is not as described. I would call it embellished, we decided not to stay. So it's hard to comment on what would have happened had we done that. But first impressions well it was a little confusing to get in, then once we got in, the overwhelming smell and smoke of marijuana in the atrium of the building left us a little high. 「We were visiting Cleveland from Pennsylvania to see Zach Bryan in concert. The location of the apartment was perfect as it was just a mile or two walked all points of interest (stadiums, museums, center city, etc) via the Riverwalk path. We enjoyed the coffee shop around the corner as well as a restaurant called Southside in Tremont for lunch. Parking was easy to access and instructions from the host were very clear. The host was also super helpful and easy to communicate with.」

「The location was great, it was close to many of the local attractions. The security of the building was excellent. The communication was exceptional. Parking was a breeze. The younger members of our family enjoyed the gym. We did experience a couple minor hiccups however, it did not diminish the enjoyment of our trip. We would definitely stay there again.」
