"This hotel is a complete scam. We arrived to check in, the code they sent us to enter the hotel was FAKE. We were told our room key was in a box, later we find out that that box had been broken for months! The phone numbers given to us were all out of order or fake. We got tossed around from person to person telling us none of them are the property managers. We called Expedia to only be told “that sucks” and got hung up on when we asked for a supervisor. at 2am we were left out on the streets of...

"Best hotel I've stayed in TLV (7 before) - from start to finish exceptional : Staff are so well trained, friendly and nothing is too difficult. Attention to details second to none. Breakfast is heaven The free coffee, cookies and wine 24/7 - wonderfully indulging Location is just perfect - the heart of everything One small thing I would improve - mattress a bit too hard - I'm used to hard ones - could be more comfortable Will return! "We really enjoyed our stay and the hotel couldn't have been more perfect for us. It was located in a vibrant area and had a really trendy atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the happy hour, which was absolutely buzzing. Unfortunately there was one small grip: at breakfast time, our server (an older, bald man) was very unwelcoming. Every time he approached our table he looked extremely grumpy and it made us uncomfortable. Worst of all, at one point he wandered across to reception and was laughing with the other staff - so it turns out he wasn't incapable of a smiling! This was the only thing that let the hotel down. Thankfully the rest of the staff were all very pleasant, including the other staff at breakfast. This moody-faced man could probably learn a thing or two about hospitality from some of the younger members of the team!"
