The back yard is huge and great for the family pet or the kids to burn off all their extra energy. There is WIFI available and Smart TVs in living room and every bedroom. The rate includes full linen and towels for number of guests booked.

The Space:
The property is split over two levels. On the top level is the main 3-bedroom home. You enter the home into the main hallway with the living room and separate dining/kitchen space to your left and 3 bedrooms, main bathroom (with spa bath) and separate toilet to your right. Off the dining room you step out to the top deck space and take the stairs down to lower deck and self-contained bungalow with its own bathroom and kitchenette.

PLEASE NOTE – Bungalow will only be available for bookings of 9 guests or more.

Ducted heating and evaporative cooling keep upstairs comfortable all year round whilst the bungalow downstairs is heated and cooled via an air conditioner.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential appliances and utensils inc kettle, toaster, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchenette in bungalow also has bar fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave.

Bedroom 3 – Three singles and a double (Bunk and Trundle)
Bungalow – Queen and single

All you need to bring with you is clothes, food, beach towels and good vibes!

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire yard and house however no access to the garage or under house storage. You can park one car off-street in drive and plenty of extra parking available out front of house on street and nature strip.

The Neighborhood:
The property is situated in Highton. A family friendly suburb of Geelong and in quite a desirable neighbourhood. The property is located on a main road however quietens down on weekends and in the afternoon/evenings. The property is a 15 min drive to Geelong CBD and 30 min drive to the surf beaches of Torquay and Ocean Grove.
