Lovely hotel

Friendly, if quirky hotel. Lovely place to stay. Clean, simple room with a very comfortable bed. A couple of easy chairs would have made a difference. Balcony with excellent views of the valley, and town. Superb restaurant. Friendly, helpful staff.

Hotel staff were pretty friendly overall. I took away one star because one of the staff lost their patience with me. I understand people have their bad days though. If you're in the hotel or service industry, keep your mood swings in check and do your best to be patient with your guests. Otherwise, everything was very good at this hotel. I do recommend it, especially since it is really the only hotel option closest to the Shrine of Our Lady of Good Counsel.

We love getting scolded for 10 minutes for arriving late. We knew we were going to be late and tried several times to notify. We were late as our GPS led us to the other side of Rome. Even after many apologies it was not accepted.

La struttura non ha niente di speciale. Anzi mi è sembrato di ritornare negli anni 80. Pessima la pulizia (lenzuola ed asciugmani sporchi e macchiati) alle pareti una carta da parati che si stacca in alcuni punti. Colazione scarsissima. Mia moglie ha chiesto un caffè macchiato e si sono presentati con due brick: uno con il latte e l'altro con il caffè (non espresso). Pessima esperienza.

Personale tutti GENTILISSIMI, abbiamo cenato con porzioni Extra Large oltre a essere tutto buonissimo, camera pulita e spaziosa, peccato solo per una notte. Da tornare appena possibile, consiglio a tutti di provare... x credere . Grazie
