" We booked this hotel for a one-night layover after a long flight, choosing it for the price and proximity to the airport. We didn’t expect luxury, but the experience was terrible. We arrived at 10 PM, and the taxi dropped us at the main lobby—only to find out our room was on the opposite side of the road.
