"The hotel is beautiful, only two things I would change. The bathroom lighting sucks. I as a female was trying to get ready for an event. The lighting is so dim, I did not know if I would look like a clown or the walking dead after applying my makeup and doing my hair. You cannot see. the other item I was really disappointed in was the restaurant on the 9th floor needs some that can cook. A person looks forward to fine dining which you DO NOT have. The meals were not good. We had talk with others that were staying and also locals, we all have the same opinion really bad. Your wait staff was excellent to bad the food is SOOOOOOOOOO bad"

"Overall, the beds were comfortable and it was pretty clean. There were some upkeep issues. Peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, tear in the curtains, stain on the duvet cover, water damage on the ceiling of the shower (which taller people may struggle with), a strange patch job in the bathroom ceiling that looked like a vent fan was removed then a piece of painted plywood was used to fill the resulting hole, and a pubic hair on the conditioner bottle."
