"Booked this place because it was close to the train station and I got in later at night. For the price it’s decent. My room was hot but it was loud when I opened the window and I couldn’t change the temp setting. The room had what I needed for a two night stay and was clean. "Spacious apartment suitable for a longer stay. Negative points: there is no visible staff in the hotel. Communication about how to enter the hotel and room was sent from an email I did not recognize that invited to click on a link. No communication through the Hotels app. I was never given a transport card (in Geneva hotel guests get free public transportation ) adding extra cost to my stay. E-mails remained unanswered. The room was never cleaned during my stay. "
