"The view was stunning and the beds were comfortable. Well stocked with towels.The couches are incredibly hard and uncomfortable, covered in stains and smelled like animals. The windows were filthy, the floors were very dirty and made the bottoms of our feet black and the surfaces were dusty. The downstairs bathroom smelled. The whole house needs a deep clean. "

"Home was in a great location if you are looking for close proximity to Geneva’s downtown tourist area. It was great for our dog and the owner was realizable and answered quickly. It has a nice parking spot and easy directions. House is great for those who want to enjoy the downtown night life as there was music in close proximity that was loud and went late into the night. Overall good experience for my husband and our dog! "

"The communication from the host is excellent. He provides a very clean beautiful place to get away. The television selections are the best I’ve ever seen. My purpose was to be away and rest. I was able to do that in style. Having laundry in the unit, meant I arrived home without having that task to complete. All appliances are top notch. The heating and air conditioning system were controlled by remote and I could switch from heat to cool as the weather changed. It was even more special that he allowed my dog to join me. That made the difference and I had the very best week. I would definitely visit one of his properties again. Thank you Matt! A from this teacher"

The host are quick to respond to any questions you may have and the price was very reasonable.The condo was even more beautiful than the pictures. The lake view and sounds of the waves were exactly what I needed. The condo was stocked with everything you need to make a home cooked meal. Pool towels where available for the pool!! We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Kathy and Bill for a great stay!! We have nothing but great things to say."
