「Great home…very comfortable (air-conditioning could be better) ...this seems to be a problem in Europe...here the control of the air-conditioning was not given to us even though we requested this several time. Otherwise, it is a fantastic home, large rooms, wonderful bathrooms ...and withing a short walking distance to the most vibrant part of the city. 」

「Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La résidence est bien située et nous a permis de faire tout à pied. Petits bémols : - l'isolation due au fait qu'il s'agissait d'une vieille résidence. - la vaisselle qui n'était pas en nombre suffisant. (3 fourchettes, 3 verres, etc...)」

「nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de bienveillance et de professionnalisme par Latifa. l emplacement de la porte d'entrée située très en hauteur de la rue rend obligatoire le parking proposé afin de gérer les bagages notamment. il est dommage que cette prestation ne soit pas incluse dans le prix de la location. la télévision par satellite limite l'accès aux chaines nationales. prestation globalement satisfaisante. très bon emplacement à proximité de la vieille ville accessible à pieds.」

「This is a cute little apartment perfectly located right in the old town of Annecy I will endeavour to leave a practical and honest review as we found our stay to be.It was spotlessly clean with lots of extras such as toiletries and cleaning items. It is well equipped and modern. It has a spacious double bedroom, however the other sleeping option is a sofa bed in the small lounge which makes space very tight when there are four adults (2 separate couples). There is no storage for clothes and...
