Sweet GOTL 2 Bdr Cottage- Pet Friendly! Sleeps 5

Sweet and cozy recently renovated two bedroom cottage near the shores of Lake Erie and short walk to the Geneva on the Lake Strip. Come relax or enjoy all the excitement that GOTL has to offer! This sweet little cottage is nicely set up for a ladies` weekend, a trip with friends, couples retreat or a family getaway to the lake. Terrific location, close to Breakwater Beach and the Strip, and a short drive to Spire and the wineries. Located directly across the street from Lake Erie. This Cottage is PET FRIENDLY!

This 500 square foot cottage was built in the 1940`s and originally stood in the historic Chestnut Grove, one of the area`s first cottage encampments. We believe that the cottage was moved to the current location in the late 1960s when the Lodge was built.

Cottage #3 will comfortably house and sleep five guests. Each of the cottage`s two bedrooms has a full bed with a brand new memory foam mattress, and there is a new pull out full size sofa bed in the living room. We provide bed linens for all three of the beds.

This cottage has a smaller, cozy living area with one sofa, a dining room table that seats four, and a nice sized kitchen.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, coffee pot and toaster. It is fully appointed with cookware, dishes and silverware, and should provide you with what you need during your stay. We provide a complimentary coffee and tea set up for you to enjoy during your stay.

Bathroom has a walk in shower and is supplied with bath linens for four as well as emergency toiletries.

Cottage is wifi equipped and has a wall mounted flat screen TV for streaming. It has a drying rack for towels and swimsuits, and a basket of colorful beach towels for your use while at the Lake. There is a small wall mounted heater for chilly nights, and a window AC, and two portable fans for those Lake Erie summers.

Keyless entry system for flexible check- in.

This cottage is situated on a large open courtyard, which has four cottages in total. You will have full use of this courtyard, as well as your own outdoor seating, charcoal grill, and a picnic table with an umbrella. The courtyard has a fire-pit for our guests to enjoy and we provide the firewood!

If you are planning on visiting the lake with a larger group and would like to book more than one cottage, please be in touch! We have 4 cottages
and a larger Lake House on the the property, and can accommodate up to 31, availability permitting.

Our property is located directly across the street from the lake. This cottage is nestled against the woods, outdoor amenities have a more private feel. Parking for a maximum of two cars is directly behind the cottage, on grass.

Guests will have the entire cottage to themselves and will share the outdoor space with 3 other cottages.

My family and i spend some of our summer in the Guest House on the property, and at those times i will be present. Most often however, i am off site but just a text or phone call away!

Located in the quieter west end of GOTL, between the Lodge and AdventureZone, yet only a half a mile from the excitement of the Strip.

Cottage is a 1.25 mile walk or bike ride, or a 5 minute drive from the beauty and relaxation of Breakwater Beach, where you can swim, relax in the sun or paddle board the day away.

Property is across the road from the Lake.

Parking is limited on the property and in GOTL in general. Golf carts and bicycles are available on the strip to rent and are a great way to get around. Many of the area wineries provide a shuttle, and there is even a golf cart taxi service to shuttle you to and from the Strip!

We ask that you limit yourself to as few vehicles as possible when staying with us, as parking on the property is limited. You will have space for a maximum of two vehicles when staying at this cottage, if you park the vehicles in a single file line. Additional parking is available nearby on the Strip.

Cottage 3 is one of two PET FRIENDLY cottages on the property so there may be other DOG GUESTS present. PLEASE NOTE: If you are bringing your pet, you MUST declare your pet during the reservation process, by adding them as a guest. To do this, just choose PET In the guest drop down menu.
