Other things to note:

This property is next to the train tracks. Yes, trains come by. Yes, you will hear it. No, we haven't had many issues with sleeping, but we supply ear plugs and sound machines in the bedrooms for your additional comfort if needed. If you do have little kids, please be aware of them out in the yard at all times.
Pet Friendly - Dogs welcome. Pet fee is $50 (2 max) per night. Please keep pets on their leash outside as our yard is unfenced & we're next to train tracks. Please remember to pick up after your animals.

Located in the City of Geneva, walking distance to the historic downtown center. The Old Mill Winery is a short 5 minute walk from the house. To the North, The Strip at Geneva-on-the-Lake and Geneva State Park are a 10 minute drive away. To the south, SPIRE Institute is a 5 minute drive away. And all around are DOZENS of wonderful wineries in theGrand River Valley!
Getting around
You can walk to the center of downtown Geneva in 5 minutes. There are many wineries within 8-15 minute drive from the house. There is a taxi service in town you can use to get anywhere too, and limo bus options for larger group outings. Also, bikes and golf carts are available for rent in Geneva on the Lake.
