"What a beautiful house! We had a friend who was getting married in Hampton, and had a group from all around the US stay together in this house. Clean, aesthetic, spacious, beautiful, etc. I could go on. They have everything you need when it comes to cooking, and a lot of space for your own materials if you so choose to bring them. Donnis is a great host, and is available if you ever need them! Very very happy about our stay here."

"I gave excellent reviews because the of the price of $83/night. The property is clean and sufficient for a place to sleep. TV, pool, ice, and laundry. Breakfast is minimal, but serve both hot and cold foods. If you are looking for fancy or more amenities, this isn’t it."

"The property was very clean, quite and convient. Our only real issue and this does not relate to the property was poor Verizon mobile phone service in either Iowa Falls or Alden. However, the Wi-fi in the VRBO made everything OK. We would stay again. Alden was a nice quite, clean town. We enjoyed walking the river area. We would or will stay in the future. Host was very responsive. Parking was good."
