「The property is as described, we loved that it had washer/dryer and enough space for us 4 friends … some things to consider is that the above unit is also a rental and we experienced noisy neighbors during our stay. The street does/can get noisy as well … we just used a sound machine and it helped drown out the noise. Also , a very particular smell like of sewage or standing water but it went away after a bit of running air conditioning… the RER line station is walking distance away. 」

「Nice and well equipped flat. Nearby public transport (RER B) to Paris. A bakery (boulangerie) is just around the corner and so is a supermarket (Franprix or Intermarché). Flat is meant to be for a max. of 8 people. Two have to sleep on a couch. We stayed almost one week during the Olympics with two families (4 adults, 3 teenagers). 3 bedrooms with showers and toilet. Always had some smell in the morning from the canalization. After showering ok.」

「Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hébergement car il est vraiment trop vétuste et très mal entretenu. Lavabo beaucoup trop petit, cuisine en très mauvais état, sols et fours immondes (sales) et placards très dangereux au dessus du lit. Porte d’entrée qui ne ferme pas complètement donc cela laisse passer la lumière, le regard et le froid. 「羅浮宮、地鐵站、商圈步行可達，週邊環境佳、安全性可。無固定清潔需額外付費！ 住宿期間，晚間突發性停電導致不少房客無法入房（電子房卡），房務人員處理緩慢（我們於黑暗的大廳等待超過5hrs，才前來處理），雖用備用鑰匙打開房門，但房客依舊「抹黑住宿」，無任何其他處理及慰問、直到天亮才回覆供電。 希望後續針對緊急情況有好的處置。」

「We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. 」
