「The apartment was dirty, furniture and sheets were stained, bathroom moldy. We were unable to stay there. Pictures on the website were entirely misleading. Vrbo put responsibility back on your.rentals which is only giving 50% refund. I lost over 1,000. Would appreciate Vrbo standing behind their business instead of deferring to subcontractors.」

「This was BY FAR the most disappointing experience we have ever had with any VRBO property. The managing company was extremely slow to respond to our queries. Our arrival was devastating. The lockbox didn't have a key in it, so could not get into the apartment. Someone came in 15 minutes, but the apartment was filthy. There was grease all over the kitchen including dish shelves. The key person cleaned for an hour while we cleaned the kitchen. We cleaned thoroughly a few days later. The bearskin...
