“The staff was super pleasant and kind - especially the front desk staff. I guess my biggest gripe is that the pool area isn't very inviting. It's not well lit at night and just generally felt like it needed tlc. The restaurant doesn't have much of a vibe and the food is bland but fine. The coffee sucks but it is what you expect at a hotel. It is on the far south side of 7MB so expect long walks but we already knew about that so it was no big deal for us.. we did like our stay here but I think……

“I was only staying one night and there was no dining room available but the staff were very helpful directing me to a sister hotel which was a very good standard. My room was extremely clean and very comfortable, would definitely recommend. ”

“I stayed two nights here, my first room didn't have hot water for showers and the second room's thermostat battery was low and the air conditioning wasn't working properly as a result. Plus check out is super early at 10 am for some reason, and their policy is to charge you $25 to extend it to 11am. It would be much more convenient for customers if the check out were at 11am or 12pm. On the plus side, the hotel had a lot of amenities and was very clean and the staff were very nice and……

“I had a great overall stay at Villas of the Galleon. The room was clean, fresh, and very comfortable—housekeeping exceeded my expectations in a really positive way. The location is amazing. Being right on Seven Mile Beach is unbeatable, and all of the nearby restaurants were top-notch. It really made the trip feel special. The only issue I had—and the main reason I probably wouldn’t return—is the situation with the beach lounge chairs and umbrellas. They get taken very early by guests who……

“I had a an extremely pleasant stay at One Canal Point. The advertisement and pictures are spot on. Everything was clean, and well appointed. The host was responsive to communications and efficient. I deem this one of the best stays I’ve experienced that was not consistently in direct contact with staff; meaning we needed absolutely nothing! The location is great and central to most things. I will say that some of the pool chairs need immediate attention/upgrades. However, that is minute compared……
