The Residence condos sit on the ocean facing west in the heart of George Town, giving them a world class view of sunsets. With a ladder bringing you down into the water, you have direct access to some of the best snorkeling and diving sites on-island. The Residence gives you walkable access to amenities like The Whale restaurant, Hard Rock Cafe, South West Collective (Cafe), Eden Rock dive center, The National Museum, and many others, and is only minutes way from seven mile beach by car or bus.
