Blue Hues is a centrally located home that sits on over one acre of gardens along with a protected calm water sandy beach and a wonderful reef offshore for snorkeling.We are located in the very private exclusive enclave of Old Hooper's Bay which is a 30 acre private community just west of Hooper's Bay. This center island property is shared with only 7 other seasonal homes and borders its own exclusive community calm water Beach and Park reserve and is tucked away from the main road. Their are no private beaches in the Bahamas but our private (no public access) entrance to Old Hooper's Bay makes our home and beach a very peaceful and most importantly a very private place. Our prime center Island location offers the benefit of easy access to Georgetown and many amenities, which include banking, shopping, restaurants and groceries. The guest house and main house come as one if desired and will never be rented separately to other groups.
Blue Hues is a well appointed Beachfront Home with optional Guest House along with its own Private Pool which offers a perfect setting to relax and enjoy the company of family and friends. This beautiful home sits on over one acre of lush gardens surrounded by over 40 years of local hand crafted stonework and native terraced landscaping .Our home has over 180 degrees of stunning turquoise water views complete with a large outdoor patio and a expansive pool deck which offer great places to relax and unwind at the end of the day.
You can stroll the rarely occupied Beach and calm waters just steps away.
This 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath main house has been superbly furnished and offers luxury island living at its best. Three of the bedrooms are in the main house with an additional rental option for the Guest House complete with a queen bedroom, living room, full bath, and kitchen. This is a perfect unit for Nannies, Grandparents or older Children.
*Main House and Guest House are provided with automatic whole house generator in the event of power outage which can be frequent.
Our wireless WIFI network along with Star link for our TV streaming service works great throughout the property including the Beach
*** NOTE: Main house sleeps 6 adults with a extra queen cabinet bed in bedroom two suitable for 2 small children for the 795.00 per night rate.
Our Guest House sleeps two adults only and if desired,additional charge is 190.00 per night plus 50.00 cleaning fee.
