“Hotel très agréable, au bord de l'eau. Il n'est pas loin de plusieurs restaurants, et il est tout à fait possible de rejoindre le centre ville à pied. Belle décoration et un personnel très sympathique.”

“It is quite a nice experience to have stayed there for 10 days. The owners and the staffs there were really friendly, and responded to my requests immediately. The door nub was not working well, but I have no problem leaving my stuff in the room while I was away for meetings. It is a bit far from downtown, and after 9pm it is quite a challenge to get a bus to go back to that direction. However it has a really nice restaurant, and the rib eye there is the best I have ever had.”

“这个酒店在当地知名度不高，有些bus司机没有听过这个酒店，但是他们打电话问其他人，最后帮我们找到了。前台五点就下班了，所以要是晚入住的话，尽量提早跟酒店沟通。我们所住的房间应该是这个酒店最好的房型，非常满意，性价比很高。开始看评价很少，有点担心酒店不好， 但事实证明这个酒店（最起码是我们的房型，相当好）房间很大，装修布置都很不错，私密性也不错，开门就是湖，右边还有私人小“沙滩”躺椅。酒店风景也很美，在酒店就可以免费租用划船用具。服务也很好，就是蚊子有点多，但是瓦努阿图都是这样的。”

“Staff was terriffic, room was clean, property was great - only reasons for 4 vs. 5 stars: There was still a good deal of construction and noise happening, because of the earthquake recovery efforts. (Some drilling/grinding upstairs from my room, and chiseling and hammering for installation of new pavers by the pool) but to be expected given the situation when only 17 of 100+ rooms are in operation! Also, the front approach/sign could have used a bit of cleaning/pressure washing and the breakfast……

“I do love the hotel. It is located in the city center. The cost of going from the airport to the hotel is reasonable. It is about 1500 VUV. The hotel includes a beautiful breakfast. The omelette is so tasty. The swimming pool is good, you can swim till 10PM at night. Towels can be borrowed from the reception. The view is major.”

“The bathroom was not very clean, there was hair in the shower that was not mine. I was also very disappointed that the tour I booked was cancelled only an hour before it was supposed to start. I had no idea it could be cancelled. I had no time to book another tour and my entire day was turned upside down.”

“Pool was dirty with us pulling out dead crabs and lizards. There was no shade around the family pool. ”

“Overall is very run down compared to photos. Sheets were dirty for the first 2 days on arrival. Floors were dirty. No working shower, no hot water. Kitchen barely has any food on menu never in stock or limited choices. Bed was extremely noisy. Pillows were awful we got very sore necks and back and we aren’t old. Rust present in bathroom. Mould in bathroom. Room smells musky like mould. Village across is very noisy. They leave big outdoor lights on that shine right through the windows while……

“The owner, the staff, the location, and the rental unit were all fantastic. Having the lagoon right next to the lanai was so nice. Everything worked very well, the kitchen was even stocked with pots, pans, dishes, everything needed and all of it very useable and in working order. Even a French press. Super. They even had sea salt and a fresh pepper grinder. Great little things that make a big different to some of us. I was in to Vila every day for work while staying and it was so easy to……

“We had an amazing stay. The staff and owners couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, the location is amazing with such good snorkelling and diving right off the beach, the food was top quality, and our spacious room (we had the Buddha room) was spotless. We're definitely going back!”
