- This charming one bedroom apartment is centrally located on Broad Street above a quiet real estate company, just a few blocks from all the shops and restaurants on Front Street. The bedroom has 1 queen bed and the living area has a futon for additional guests or children. A fully stocked kitchen is convenient if you choose to cook and we have a large private parking lot behind the building. This is a perfect place to stay to enjoy this beautiful historic town.

There was everything I needed for my stay included in this very updated unit! Needed early check in and because there wasn’t anyone ahead of me the host was able to let me have early check in, which I appreciated!

The place was clean, near the Boardwalk with shops & restaurants. The tree lined neighborhood walking to the Boardwalk was nice, but in the summer with the sun baring down is better to park by the Boardwalk. It is a nine minute walk but it is better in the evening. The host was helpful and a wonderful artist, based on the artwork in the place we stayed. The walk up to the place was not bad but not for the elderly who might have issues with stairs.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and beautifully furnished. It was in the perfect location for us with Historic Georgetown down the street and a REALLY GREAT Mexican restaurant around the corner. We plan to return next year to play some golf.

This is the sweetest place! Perfect location. We walked to the waterfront everyday as well as just meandering around the historic neighborhood looking at the old beautiful homes. Great mexican restaurant around the corner. Apt had everything you need. Host was super quick to respond to a question. We will be back.
