We had an awesome time during our stay. The house was perfect for our family of four, we felt right at home. The town is charming,so glad we ended up in the area. So much to see and do in the area- wether you're wanting to get into nature or explore nearby towns/city's. Endless day trip options! We loved it.

The 150 year old house is so quaint from the outside. However, the rooms are small, as is to be expected. The kitchen is ill equipped for actual use. The very small fridge seems to freeze everything. The freezer was half full of ice from the ice maker just thrown into the freezer. I spent part of all six days of my stay chipping away at that ice. When I used the oven, the smell of gas filled the house. The two bedrooms are upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs. The stairs are very narrow. In fact, my son and I both fell down them the first night.

We had a nice couple nights at the cottage. The location in town was great. Perfect change of scenery and easy getaway from Denver.

This is a cute, historical home conveniently located a block from downtown. Perfect for a family of four to explore, recharge and have fun together. The beds are comfortable, kitchen has most of what you need and having a laundry is nice after a good hiking workout. Kids loved having the piano to practice on and the entertainment system is comfy for us to all gather and watch a scary movie on Halloween. The owners were super communicative and friendly. We loved the charm of the old house and the fact they accommodated pets where our old dog came to life, enjoying his new surroundings. A highly recommended home to enjoy a getaway with the family.
