「I arrived late and they had cancelled my room. The room was pre-paid and the front desk clerk confirmed that they had rooms. Hotel refused to give me a room or a refund. Expedia refused to give a refund.」

「We stay here twice a year when we drive North from FL. We like the free parking, wifi and breakfast. We like the blackout window coverings and the ability to put a light on in the bathroom without a loud fan. We wish it were closer to downtown and think it should be cheaper. Also, sometimes the line of traffic to the main road is impossibly long.」

「The hotel has been renovated, and the room facilities are very new and clean. However, for non-smokers like us, the hallway has a strong smell of smoke, despite the “No Smoking” sign at the entrance. The soundproofing of the rooms is not very good. On the positive side, the breakfast is plentiful, and the staff are very friendly!」

「Good accommodations for the money. Room was very clean and comfy. Interior of the hotel is definitely better than the exterior. Breakfast was minimal, but not a huge deal for us. Located next to a Mexican restaurant and other good food choices. Would stay here again.」
