"Great location! We walked everywhere from our hotel, which was important to us. Our room overlooked the water and all sorts of boats and ships passed by. Can’t recommend this place enough!"

"Two nights on solo work trip - Filthy bathroom, dusty everywhere in sleeping area, toilet was dirty all around outside of it, fingernail clippings and crud in bathroom floor corners. Super ick. Front desk staff was very friendly and nice when I checked in upon my late arrival, I went straight to sleep and covered the floor with my bathroom towels so I didn’t have to walk on it. And next morning when housekeeping was in the room next-door cleaning I asked them to please clean my bathroom and I asked very nicely. I got an eye roll and wasn’t sure what to expect when I came back to the room tonight after working another 14 hour shift, I’m not completely surprised that nothing was cleaned except fresh towels were replaced in the bathroom. I will not return and I do not recommend. I’d rather reviews before I booked the hotel and many of the comments very explicitly said the hotel and the rooms were clean. I can’t believe it because now that I look at the details throughout the hotel floors and hallways in the elevators and so forth, it’s all grimy dirty."

"From the Booking to check out it was an Amazing Experience.Walk out the back and you are right on RiverStreet. We had River View room and it was Great .windows were So clean, to be able to see clearly. Stay there and you Will Not Regret it."

"Upon my stay was able to check in early, which was a plus! Went out later and had dinner at the restaurant they played music at 8pm. When I returned to my room later that night, there was a lot of noise that sounded like sneakers in the dryer every 5 mins . Did not enjoy my night . Was able to phone the desk around 2:30 am that night and all we could come up with was old pipes in the building. Followed up aroind8:"
