Comfortable apartment, quiet location, overlooking the city and facing the ski slopes. Located due south, 10 mins walk from downtown and the lake. Free shuttles in winter in the city center to access the ski slopes.

Careful furnishings, new and quality equipment. This fully equipped apartment (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher) is located in a quiet residence with 3 apartments and close to the city center.

Description of the apartment:
- Living room with TV lounge, WIFI access,
- Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, multifunction oven, coffee machine, raclette machine, etc.,
- Large balcony facing south-east with superb view of Gérardmer and the ski slopes,
- Bedroom with double bed 160 cm with wardrobe,
- Second bedroom with 2 twin beds of 90 cm (ideal for children),
- Bathroom with a sink and a large walk-in shower, hair dryer available,
- separate WC,
- Cellar with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.

The rental also includes a private outdoor parking and a cellar to store your skis and equipment.

Non smoking rental - Pets not allowed.

Super séjour à Gerardmer !

Un super séjour passé dans le chalet de Colette. Magnifique vue, appartement grand, propre et neuf avec un aménagement de qualité et tout ce qu’il faut, vraiment comme à la maison ! Je recommande vivement.

Appartement situé dans les hauteurs de Gerardmer, vue magnifique sur la ville et les pistes de ski. L'équipement de l'appartement est parfait, il ne manque rien. Le linge de maison est en quantité. La machine à laver et le sèche linge sont un vrai plus. Appartement au calme, idéal pour se reposer. La literie est de très bonne qualité et les équipements de l'appartement de grande qualité. Vous pouvez y aller sans hésiter.

Zeer nette vakantiewoning op 2e etage, met een zeer complete inventaris! Uitzicht op stad Gerardmer.

Mooi appartement, zeer schoon en compleet. Van handdoeken tot toiletpapier, van bestek tot raclette! Enige 'nadeel' is ligging; alleen toegankelijk via steile helling en maar beperkt uitzicht op het meer. Uitzicht op stad en tegenoverliggende heuvels wel mooi trouwens. Rustige omgeving.
