It’s a beautiful hotel and breakfast was amazing. But the staff was racist. When I checked in, the girl at the counter charged me 500€ for deposit just because I am Asian! On the website of hotels.com said deposit 50€! And when I checked out, another male staff asked me why do I paid 500€ for deposit!!!??? ...

Floor was dirty upon arrival. They cleaned it the next day, but it still wasn’t clean - our socks and my small childs outfits got dirty. Somehow there were ants under the couch on the floor, in the top floor apartment. Walls had all kinds of marks on it too. Furniture cheap and uncomfortable, same ...
