"All good. One issue where the room-maid randomly entered the room at 10:00 without knocking. I was butt-naked."

"Overall enjoyed the place! Great food and a great pool and spa! Very relaxing. However the area around it is very hard to enjoy when there is rain. Definitely will be coming again. Great place for couples. "

"THe hotel and grounds are amazing, the best spa I have been too - the outdoor pool at night was the highlight. The guy playing the piano in the bar was also a nice touch. "

"The location and staff are amazing. The facilities are nice. The breakfast is delicious...as is all the food in the restaurant. The rooms are sizable, but don't have central air - so your relying on the wonderful air from outside to freshen things or cool the room (in the summer that can be tough). The bathrooms could use some re-design, but what they lack in beauty they make up for in function."

"We booked this hotel en route to Denmark. We were travelling with our three year old child also. The hotel was relatively easy to find, with plenty parking. We phoned ahead as we're running late - which turned out to be a wise thing as reception closes at 8pm. When we arrived, we found the staff to be friendly, they spoke English (which saved us from using our pigeon German and/or bad sign language) and we were given directions to our room which was in one of the annex buildings. "Als wir ankamen stellte sich heraus, dass unsere Hotel.com Buchung nicht angekommen war. Die Rezeptionistin war überfordert und es dauerte eine Stunde, bis das Problem geklärt werden konnte. Insgesamt ist die Wutzschleife in die Jahre gekommen. Stilistisch überladen mit Wellness-Tünneff. Kein klares Konzept. Modernisierung wäre dringend nötig."
