「Great!」

「Tried to call the actual hotel numerous times and the 800# numerous times because we were visiting with people we traveled to see and was afraid wouldn't make it there by 8PM. However, we left our engagement to avoid arriving too late for check-in. (the latest check-in time per the website and confirmation) The line would not be answered and/or would ring into their fax line. When we arrived, I was told "I thought something was going on since the fax line kept ringing and no calls were coming...

「The rooms were nice. The good about the place was u had a waffle house right there on property. I have nothing bad to say against the red roof onn」

「We stayed at this hotel while riding the C&O Tow Path. The staff was very supportive of accommodating our bicycles. There was a liced room for them. The included breakfast was plentiful with a variety of options. We would definitely stay here again.」

「We were coming in for a soccer game so we decided to stay closer. Loved how pool stays open till 11 so we could get in pool after we arrived. It’s heated but you will need to ask them to turn it on. It was a bit nippy. Very pet friendly which wasn’t a favorite of mine but glad our room didn’t show any signs of pet ware or smell like pets/smoke.」

「The hotel is about 10 minutes from the main Harper’s ferry attraction and brewery. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Downside to the hotel- it doesn’t look like it was well maintained! There were numerous spiders in the room, we didn’t have hot water when we showed late at night. Overall, the hotel is just mid and could be better maintained」

「Facility appears “worn” with carpet needing to be replaced in hallways and bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. Breakfast was OK and staff there were very friendly and helpful」
