「It’s a very good located hotel with self check in. Unfortunately, despite it was indicated it’s non-smoking, our studio was extremely stinky. We reported it right away and were told that they would bring air-freshener next day (though I don’t know how it’s possible to get rid of the cigarette smell with an air freshener when the smell is sitting in the textile of curtains, sofa etc). 「Compact, comfortable, industrial chic apartment in quiet residential area a few minutes walk from the old town. Secure parking option very useful.」

「Todo muy bien.」

「First and most wonderful and helpful staff, everyone making the best of the experience; location is one of a kind, just next to everything. The unit was comfortable to the best, neatly clean, fully equipoed, and Bilbao it’s a gastronomic and ambience best experience. Will definitely return」

「Really good location, easy check in, two separate bedrooms with two separate bathrooms. Overall great for big groups 」
