"Doors were very secure. Good interior and exterior lighting. Very nice interior decor. Well-stocked bathroom and kitchen. A bit challenging steps for the handicapped but managable. Our bathroom floor was quite tacky feeling. Great help from the reserve desk!"

"I wasn’t looking for anything glamorous just for a one night Niagara Falls trip with the kids on a whim. It fit our needs for a night. The neighborhood is a typical tight city block 2 story style brick. At no point did we feel unsafe but the neighbor to the left (if looking at the home) had loud music during portions of the night. Nothing the fans in the rooms couldn’t drown out. Simple, low maintenance stay."

Enjoyable stay.
"Check in was quick and easy. There was plenty of parking. The hotel is in a good location. The breakfast was really nice each morning with eggs, sausage, potatoes and waffles, cereal, yogurt, bagels, juice, and coffee. The cleaning staff was very pleasant. The hotel is being renovated. Our room was clean but in need of repairs. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our two nights. "
