"Never got offer the breakfast. The a/c in the room kept shutting off every 30 minutes. Went 3 times to thelobby to ask to fix the problem and never got fix. Also I never got pick up from the airport and when I called them they said the shuttle is a minimum of 3 nights. Also I booked room with a balcony and I end up in regular room with no balcony or view with a messed up A/C. The only good thing was the rooftop bar with the best view of the pyramids. Will never recommend this place to stay."

"I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hostel in Cairo! The building is a fully renovated 120-year-old home, and it’s absolutely stunning, full of charm and character. We stayed in a private room with a king-size bed and were wowed by the elegant chandelier that gave the space a special touch. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay, always ready to assist with anything we needed.
